What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook Manager - REVISED position at INTERMEDIATE HIGH SCHOOL?
Successful candidate must have knowledge of Board of Health Requirements, safety and sanitation regulations. Candidate must have Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to apply for one. Job duties include but are not limited to: Ability to prepare Breakfast and Lunch meals. Knowledge of National School Lunch and Breakfast Program regulations required. Applicant should be able to maintain cost control measures through ordering and inventory and food production and forecasting. Additional responsibilities outlined in job description. Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow directions, willingness to cooperate with others, (staff, students, co-workers). High School Diploma or equivalent required.
External Candidates must upload required clearances. This includes the Act 34 (State Criminal Clearance), Act 151 (Child Abuse) and Act 114 (FBI Clearance). All Clearances must be within 1 year of application date. Candidates not providing updated clearances will not be considered for employment.
