About the Role
InterMedia is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll work closely with account managers, media buyers, and analytics teams to keep campaigns running smoothly and clients informed every step of the way. This is a hands-on role where organization, curiosity, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers in managing day-to-day client communications.
- Help translate client goals into campaign tasks and track deliverables.
- Assist with pulling and formatting campaign performance reports.
- Participate in client calls, taking notes and capturing action items.
- Coordinate with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive campaigns, and new platform features.
Qualifications & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related internships.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic data organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn about media, analytics, and campaign management.
