Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, format, and distribute weekly reports to the buying team and management.
- Review clearance reports and pre-logs to confirm order specifications.
- Assist in resolving credit discrepancies and coordinate with the accounting department regarding letters of liability.
- Provide supporting documentation as required for accounting and reconciliation purposes.
- Maintain effective communication with network representatives and coordinators.
- Support media buyers in booking processes and related administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required).
- Strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
