Excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with experience in medical aesthetics to join our recently expanded and award-winning MedSpa located in the heart of Newburyport, MA.
The Aesthetic Nurse or Nurse Injector will be a key member of our clinical team, with part time hours, providing consultations, treatments, and treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing provider.
Treatments may include: neurotoxin, dermal fillers, platelet-rich fibrin therapy, microneedling, laser hair removal, BBL, Moxi laser, chemical peels, IV infusion, vitamin injections, and weight management. Additional skills in device-based services are valued and can expand the role.
Work Locations:Newburyport, MA
Requirements:
- RN or NP in the state of Massachusetts
- 2 years experience in delivering cosmetic neurotoxin and dermal fillers.
- Ability to work daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours (which may be rotating)
- Strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of injection techniques for the various aesthetic injection procedures offered
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with patient EMR and charting
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
- Open to learning new techniques and procedures
- Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
- Strong conflict and problem resolution skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing program with clients
- Accurately maintain and update client records, photography, obtain consents, detailed documentation of procedures performed and products or equipment used.
