- 🔩 Welding and fitting steel components to build pre-engineered structures
- 📐 Reading and interpreting blueprints and measurements to bring designs to life
- 🧠 Thinking on your feet to solve challenges with creativity and precision
- 🧰 Working hands-on with tools and materials in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- 🤝 Teaming up with great people who have your back and want to see you succeed
🛠 What You Bring to the Table:
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn or grow your welding skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (we’ll train the right person!)
- A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication (a big plus!)
- Welding certification? Great! If not—let’s get you there.
