💲 $18–$30/hour (based on experience)
🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding / Flux-core welding (FCAW) on structural steel components
- Fit and assemble metal fabrication parts to specification
- Assist in backing weld operations and structural assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld symbols
- Use tape measures, squares, levels, and hand tools accurately
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Work in a production / manufacturing environment to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in welding, fabrication, or steel construction preferred
- Familiarity with MIG, FCAW, or stick welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Welding certification (AWS/CWB) is a plus, but we’ll help you earn it
