Interlock Steel Structures USA Inc. (TEAM PERKA) is seeking a Structural Steel Painter to join our team. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive, team-first environment — we want to meet you!
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Apply Primer to steel structures
- Maintain paint room equipment
- Lead quality control (send materials back if need be)
- Operate forklifts to move materials
- Help prep hardware (bolts, fasteners, band bundles of frames etc.)
- Light welding to repair frames if needed
- Support safe, efficient shop flow with your team
✅ Requirements:
- Experience in industrial or structural steel painting (preferred)
- Familiar with shop tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail, specifically weld size and quality
- Dependable, honest, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow
