Responsibilities:
- Weld and fit structural steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety standards are met
- Work collaboratively in a productive team environment
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (training available)
- Experience in structural steel or metal fabrication preferred
- Welding certification a plus (not required, we can help you earn it)
