We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our growing Staffing Agency! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.Responsibilities:List and sell residential or commercial real estateNegotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellersHost open houses and other eventsPrepare market analysis to help determine property valueEducate clients on basic real estate proceduresVerify and disclose property facts to clientsQualifications:Billingual in Spanish a MUSTPrevious experience in real estate, property management, or other related fieldsFamiliarity with real estate contracts and leasesAbility to build rapport with clientsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany DescriptionWith over 25 years in the multifamily staffing industry, we know property management.
