About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Operations Specialist who brings great energy, strong organization, and a genuine care for people.
You’ll be the friendly voice, the calm guide, and the detail-focused professional who ensures every client feels confident and supported from the moment they say “yes.”
This role is a blend of people process — creating a smooth experience while making clients feel completely taken care of.
What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through onboarding, paperwork, and asset transfers
- Follow up with prospects and gather needed documentation
- Keep everything moving forward with clear, upbeat communication
- Prepare and submit paperwork (transfers, Roth conversions, RMDs) accurately
- Resolve issues quickly and keep clients informed
- Support meetings and follow-up communication
- Help create a welcoming, high-quality experience at seminars
- Jump in and support the team wherever needed
