SUMMARY: As a Course Maintenance Technician, you will work on a team of skilled individuals responsible for maintaining the greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and lakes to ensure an enjoyable experience for members and guests alike.
Responsibilities
- Safely operates golf course maintenance equipment including weed eaters, trimmers, walk mowers and others as needed.
- Inspects, services, and maintains equipment per schedule including washing after each use, fueling up at the end of each day, and immediately reporting any malfunctions to the Golf Course Mechanic or Supervisor.
- Conducts self in a proper manner around members and guests on the course.
Requirements
PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Requires occasional bending, lifting, stretching.
- Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work well with others as well as independently.
- Willingness to learn.
