We are looking for an Office Coordinator (part time 25 - 30 hrs) to join our dynamic team. The coordinator will become a part of our boutique studio team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys engaging with clients and has an outgoing personality and enjoys communication via using the telephone and thrives in the lively atmosphere of our design studio. The candidate should be good at multitasking and have experience in project management, including marketing, scheduling, and installation logistics, working with photographer's along with exceptional communication skills. You will collaborate closely with our design team on high-end residential, multifamily, and commercial projects in a fast-paced office environment. Applicants must be extremely organized and detail-oriented. and should be good at multitasking, asking lots of questions, and good at problem-solving and very detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be working with the principal of our firm and is articulate in both verbal and written communication and possesses style and professionalism in keeping with that of our firm. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be a self-starter. This position offers the ideal candidate valuable exposure to the many facets of the interior design business and interact with Clients and Vendors.
Office Coordinator Qualifications:
A track record in implementing effective marketing strategies.
A creative individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5 years of working experience Strong internal and external collaboration and relationship building skills.
A track record in implementing effective marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented self-starter.
Experience using Photoshop and Illustrator (or other graphic design and photo editing software).
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a group setting
Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, oral, and written to easily resolve production issues with vendors and to correspond with Client
Pay close attention to all detail
Take initiative, problem solve, collaborate & communicate effectively with the team
Prioritize tasks and coordinate completion day to day tasks
Good phone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have reliable transportation
Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures
Working with team on creating proposals for clients and vendors
Manage and resolve purchase order issues
Follow-up with suppliers and subcontractors
Some familiarity with the interior design/architecture industry is helpful
Experience with planning and executing photoshoots.
Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Later, and Excel.
Experience with project management. Organize emails and records
Make reservations and flight and hotel arrangements
Work with clients and with the on-boarding
Manage and interact with vendors, contractors and suppliers• Willingness to work in-office 5 days per week
All other tasks as assigned

Pay: starting at $20.00 plus based on experience
Driver's License (Required)
This is a part-time position (M-F), 3 days a week required
