Warehouse Manager

This includes managing inventory, overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, and ensuring the safe and efficient storage of products. Essential Functions Managing inventory levels and ordering new stock when necessary Planning and coordinating shipments, including receiving and dispatching goods Ensuring the warehouse is organized and tidy, and that products are stored safely and appropriately Leading and supervising a team of warehouse staff Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including inventory levels, shipments, and returns Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Implementing best practices for warehouse management and continually looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency. Perform and submit quarterly physical inventories. Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Required High School or equivalent 2-4 years applicable job experience Skills & Competencies Strong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes Strong communication skills, including written communication High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and effectively handle interpersonal relationships with others Excellent managerial, supervisory, and/or leadership skills.
