This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Showroom Manager to join a successful kitchen and bath showroom in Fort Worth. Specializing in kitchen and bath, our client’s luxury showroom is looking for a leader who can inspire and lead a team of incredible Design Sales Consultants.
We seek for our client an experienced Showroom Manager to develop great, diverse teams and assist them in the success of the branch. The Showroom Manager guides the team in delivering remarkable experiences for customers and consistently meeting their sales goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence and implementing the standard operational procedures. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and highly focused leadership skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- 5 years in management with more than 4 direct reports, preferably home furnishings or home improvement experience, MBA experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the kitchen and bath industry
- Provide exceptional customer service through enthusiasm for the company and products offered
- Strong written and verbal skills, detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
