We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Consultant to join our clients’ strategically focused, growing company. This established organization is in an exciting nationwide growth phase and is expanding its internal sales team to support new business development and account management efforts. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a premium client experience, building and nurturing long-term customer relationships through a consultative, service-driven approach.

This opportunity calls for an enthusiastic, proactive, down-to-earth, and ethical individual. You should be a confident communicator with strong organizational skills and experience in an inside sales or customer-facing role. You are an achievement-driven professional, a strong team player, and an exceptional relationship builder.

Key role impacts

• Contribute to the store's sales performance by achieving the sales targets
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities
• Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible
• Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
• Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills, and aptitude)
• Keep the CRM system up to date
• Exceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
• Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the brand guidelines in terms of VM, appearance, and atmosphere. Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to security, health, and safety regulations.
• Always be informed about brand activities, locations, events, and marketing activities
• Cooperate with other customer sales functions (Field sales and teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a sales assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies
• Bachelor's Degree
• Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business
• Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
• Ability to acquire some expertise in store operational applications (Salesforce and SAP)
• Passion for fitness and wellness (high standing/no smoking)
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to create and cultivate a network
