Project Focus: Residential Interior Design
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Interior Designer with exceptional project management experience to join an established, talented team working on exceptional residential interior design projects. This opportunity calls for someone passionate about design, with project management expertise, strong organization, and comfort taking ownership of projects and relationships. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal team members to coordinate details, communicate updates, resolve challenges, and ensure projects run smoothly at every stage. From developing design concepts and making selections to coordinating with trades and tracking project details, you will play a key role in keeping your projects organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful completion.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in high-end residential interior design
- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Canva. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Basecamp.
- Demonstrate ability to spearhead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Independent thinker who takes initiative
- Superior time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hands-on, team-oriented, collaboration skills are a must
- Professional and positive working rapport with high-end clients
