In this Interior Designer role, you’ll engage clients, develop innovative designs, estimate and propose projects, and oversee every detail to successful completion. You'll collaborate with manufacturers, builders, and other design professionals while delivering elevated, functional designs. This position offers the opportunity to lead multiple luxury projects simultaneously, while building lasting client relationships. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on kitchen, bath, and cabinetry
- Exceptionally skilled in the design of spaces that include cabinetry and/or millwork
- Working knowledge of construction and interior design, including an understanding of architectural drawings, project sequencing, and models
- Experienced with project budgeting and managing project financials- able to develop project pricing, present that pricing to clients professionally, and manage the project expenses throughout the project
- AutoCAD proficient
- Capable of using typical Microsoft Office products for PC’s (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in design with a fundamental understanding of the design process
- Exceptionally organized, including the ability to organize tasks and deadlines for others
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and client-focused manner
- Ethical and professional in manner, attitude, and dress
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to meet schedule deadlines and work at a fast pace
