We're hiring a CDL B Driver for our Indianapolis, IN branch!

A Typical Day for an Interior Supply Inc. CDL Driver:
- Delivering materials within 100 miles of our branch to various locations and construction sites using commercial vehicles (over 26,000 GVWR).
- Handling loading and unloading of materials, whether by hand, cart, forklift, or crane.
- Conducting a Pre-Trip inspection of the truck, verifying load accuracy, and ensuring proper load securing.
- Planning the most efficient delivery route and assessing job sites with team members for potential hazards.
- Collecting delivery paperwork signatures from customers and relaying information to the dispatcher.
- Returning to the branch, reloading for the next delivery (either on the same day or the next morning).
- Assisting with customer loading in the yard and performing general warehouse/yard maintenance when required.
Qualifications we seek:
- A CDL License, preferably Class B, that can be insured by our company.
- Knowledge of load capacity, CDL truck safety guidelines, and basic truck maintenance.
- Possession of a current DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one.
- Familiarity with building materials is desirable, although not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
