Interior Solutions is hiring a dependable, hardworking Storage Systems Installer to join our installation team.

This is a hands-on labor position focused on the installation of commercial and industrial storage systems, including high-density mobile storage, shelving, lockers, cabinets, evidence storage, museum and archival storage, and other specialty storage solutions.

If you have a construction or installation background, are comfortable working with tools, and enjoy seeing a project come together from start to finish, this could be a strong fit.

What You'll Do

As a Storage Systems Installer, you'll work with our team to install specialized storage systems at customer facilities. Projects vary in size and complexity and may take you to government facilities, military installations, museums, healthcare facilities, public safety departments, schools, and other commercial locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Install high-density mobile storage systems, shelving, lockers, cabinets, and other specialty storage equipment
• Assemble and install rails, carriages, shelving components, mechanical systems, and related equipment
• Read and follow installation plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Load, unload, stage, move, and position materials and equipment
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Perform accurate measurements and maintain attention to detail throughout installation
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Protect client facilities and equipment while working on-site
• Work closely with installation leads, project managers, other trades, and customers
• Travel to project locations as required
• Help the team complete projects safely, correctly, and on schedule

Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary based on project requirements and travel.

Travel: Regular travel to customer project sites is required.

Construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

• Willing and able to travel regularly for projects
• Dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of an installation crew
• Able to follow instructions, plans, measurements, and safety procedures
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
• Professional and respectful when working at customer facilities

Previous Spacesaver experience is a plus, but it is not required. Experience with construction, mechanical installation, shelving, racking, lockers, millwork, equipment installation, or similar trades can translate well to this position.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required
• Ability and willingness to travel is required
• Must be able to meet applicable background and security requirements for customer jobsites
• Must be able to obtain access to military bases, government facilities, and other secured locations when required
• Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with installation work

Because Interior Solutions regularly serves military, government, public safety, healthcare, and other institutional clients, access to secure facilities is an important part of this position.
