About Interior Motives
Interior Motives Inc is a family-owned company based in Auburn, Washington. We sell and install flooring, tile, countertops and moulding for homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients across the Puget Sound area. We’ve built our reputation on quality work and treating people right — customers and crew alike. As we take on more projects, we need dependable people who want to grow with the company.
About the Role
You’ll start by providing support on our projects by delivering and staging materials, and helping installers on site. You will also be performing semi-skilled labor tasks on projects when needed such as trim installation, demolition, small floor installations, and miscellaneous punch list items. From day one you’ll be learning how our projects come together — scheduling, materials, customer expectations, and crew coordination. Within roughly three to five months, the right person will step into a Project Manager role: owning job schedules, coordinating crews and deliveries, and being a point of contact that keeps projects on track from start to finish.
