Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing sales teams and sales processes to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency across the sales function. This role provides strategic leadership, drives revenue performance, and partners cross-functionally to support growth objectives and operational alignment.
Essential Functions
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue goals
- Analyze market trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure financial goals are met
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and develop the sales team to ensure maximum productivity and employee engagement
- Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure representatives are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Create sales reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management

Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the interior construction industry

Pay Range: 150K - 230K base salary bonus
