Essential Functions
- Lead, direct, and coordinate all branch activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership.
- Represent the branch at community and client events to enhance visibility and business relationships.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- 2 years of experience in branch management, operations, or a related leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing teams in a multi-site or service-based environment.
- Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and meeting business goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
