- Assist members with financial transactions, account management, loan applications, and product/service inquiries, providing solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through outbound calls, engaging with members to promote Credit Union products and services.
- Support the Business Development Department with various events and projects and solicits members to take action. Take applications for all financial products and services.
- Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments, resolving issues and ensuring accurate account maintenance and documentation.
- Floats between the Reston and DC branch and serves as a back up as needed.
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role.
- Education: A high school education or GED.
- Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with ten-key calculators, computers, and keyboarding. Ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds. Some travel required.
