Interior Exterior Building Supply, the number one commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is searching for a Customer Service Representative our newest location in Opelika, AL!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as well as assist incoming customers with sales.
- Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system.
- Maintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within department and to other departments.
- Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage
Required Skills/Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework in related field preferred
- 1-2 years sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills including proper phone etiquette is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
