Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end residential renovation projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, on-site presence, and the ability to serve as the primary liaison between contractors, designers, and clients throughout construction. In addition to managing schedules, budgets, and vendor accountability, the Project Manager will provide direct support to the design team, ensuring their creative vision is successfully translated into built results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential renovation projects from planning through completion, aligning scope, budget, and schedule with the design team
- Collaborate closely with designers to support project construction coordination and ensure design intent is carried through on-site
- Procure bids, evaluate contractor/vendor proposals, and assist in developing project budgets
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, adjusting for daily changes and forecasting future needs
- Act as the central liaison during construction, ensuring clear communication between clients, contractors, and designers
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and maintain tidy, prepared job sites
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking contractor hours, quotes, and budgets
- Oversee logistics such as orders, deliveries, installations, and site preparation
- Provide adaptable support to the team, assisting with evolving project needs and office operations
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including spreadsheet creation
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, professional approach
Job Type
Part-time to full-time (30–40 hours per week), depending on applicant preference.
