Part-Time Office Assistant/Receptionist
Hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
General Responsibilities
- 1. Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and manage messages.
- 2. Create weekly sign-in sheets and distribute them to Human Resources.
- 3. Handle incoming faxes and distribute them.
- 4. Greet and assist guests, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- 5. Maintain current phone and extension lists for active employees.
- 6. Distribute incoming mail and delivery packages.
- 7. Maintain the appearance of the reception area and vestibule.
- 8. Maintain and replenish supplies in the supply closet.
- 9. Responsible for mailing outgoing mail and maintaining postage machine and values on the machine.
- 10. Interact positively with all co-workers, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- 11. Review the vendor statements that come in the mail for what is unpaid in the system and paid.
- 12. Respond timely to all email communications.
- 13. Manage truck maintenance.
- 14. Manage warehouse tool purchases.
- 15. Manage and oversee the cleaning company and their work weekly.
- 16. Other administrative duties, as assigned
Requirements:
- 1. Minimum High School Diploma
- 2. At least 5 years of professional experience
- 3. Must be able to multi-task
- 4. Ability to lift 15 pounds
- 5. Pleasant and calm demeanor.
- 6. Clear communication in English.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Assist with Operations with ICI Building maintenance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
