Case Management Manager

The Case Management Manager oversees and supports case managers in the rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing, and human trafficking programs. They provide leadership, supervision, training, and staffing coordination, while also serving as backup for the Advocacy Manager and program staff as needed. The role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and alignment with IAC’s mission.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing program goals and policies, conducting performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, maintaining accurate program and client records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and legal guidelines, providing grant reporting, and organizing staff development. The manager also collaborates with community partners, participates in agency events, and provides on-call support for the 24/7 program.

Minimum qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), supervision and program management experience, direct service experience with marginalized populations, strong communication and computer skills, and knowledge of local communities and cultures. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week exempt position with on-call duties and a salary range of $70,000–$75,382.
