Office Manager / Community Outreach Coordinator

About the Role

Interim HealthCare of Las Cruces is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to help grow our non-medical home care agency while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a unique dual role for someone who thrives on building relationships and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Community Outreach & Marketing

  • Represent Interim HealthCare at community events and networking opportunities throughout Doña Ana County
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare professionals
  • Support marketing initiatives to grow the agency's local presence

Office Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office management and administrative functions
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and caregiver support
  • Ensure excellent service delivery for clients and caregivers

Recruitment & Growth

  • Assist with caregiver recruitment efforts
  • Help establish and strengthen the agency's presence in the community

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing agency
  • Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
  • Experience in marketing, healthcare, office management, or business development preferred
  • We will train the right person — enthusiasm and professionalism matter most

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field
  • Background in marketing, business development, or community outreach
  • Prior office management or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM platforms
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the Las Cruces service area
