About the Role
Interim HealthCare of Las Cruces is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to help grow our non-medical home care agency while keeping daily operations running smoothly. This is a unique dual role for someone who thrives on building relationships and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Community Outreach & Marketing
- Represent Interim HealthCare at community events and networking opportunities throughout Doña Ana County
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare professionals
- Support marketing initiatives to grow the agency's local presence
Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office management and administrative functions
- Assist with scheduling coordination and caregiver support
- Ensure excellent service delivery for clients and caregivers
Recruitment & Growth
- Assist with caregiver recruitment efforts
- Help establish and strengthen the agency's presence in the community

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Experience
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field
- Background in marketing, business development, or community outreach
- Prior office management or administrative experience
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM platforms
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the Las Cruces service area
