Registered Nurse (RN) Assisted Living/Memory Care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Community Staffing team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a per diem RN, you will provide exceptional care to senior residents in assisted living/memory care facilities throughout the Albert Lea area.

About the Role

This per diem position offers flexibility and variety, with mostly day shift hours Monday-Friday and occasional weekend or on-call needs. You will have the opportunity to grow and expand your hours, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our senior residents.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments, medication management, and overall health status monitoring for residents.
• Supervising CNA's/PCA's on your shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care for residents.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
• Previous experience in geriatric nursing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with senior residents.
