ICU RN - Stillwater - Per Diem Overnight

Schedule: This is a per diem position. Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between the hours of 11:00PM and 7:00AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs.
Location: Hospital setting in Stillwater, MN.
Pay rate: Up to $85/hour Depending on Experience!

What we ask of you:
- Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of ICU patients within the scope of a registered nurse.
- Communicate effectively with ICU patients and families, communicate updates in a timely manner.
- Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.
- Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.
- Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Previous critical care or telemetry experience is preferred.
- Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Must have ACLS and NIHSS certifications.
- Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
