- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Participate in patient care planning and implementation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry required
- Minimum 1 year experience in nursing home or assisted living setting preferred
