Overview: Full-time positions 8a-8p and 8p-8a every other weekend is required. Times can be flexible to 7a-7p and 7p-7a
Compensation: $21/hourly
Job Responsibilities:
- Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of residents in a group home type setting.
- Work with a team of RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
- Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes.
- Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment.
Requirements:
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification in WV.
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Compassionate nature, good communication and ability lift to 50 lbs.
