What You'll Do:
- Provide nursing supervision and oversight of IHSS clients and personal care attendants.
- Conduct supervisory visits and review individualized care plans.
- Assess and validate caregiver skills and competencies.
- Educate and support attendants regarding client care and safety.
- Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and case managers.
- Monitor compliance with care plans and IHSS program requirements.
- Investigate and document complaints or critical incidents.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide occasional coverage in Pueblo as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1,200 hours of RN experience
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Colorado Springs and Pueblo as needed
Preferred Experience:
- In-Home Support Services (IHSS)
- Case management involving adults and seniors
- Home health, home care, or community-based nursing
- Supervising caregivers or personal care attendants
