Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
As members of the interdisciplinary team, we provide hands-on personal care to clients in their home setting. We report changes in a client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with daily living activities as evaluated and permitted by laws and regulations.

Job Duties for Home Health Aides:
- We assist seniors with personal care and support to live safely at home.
- We help with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- We aid with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- We provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify supervisors of concerns.
- We ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- We participate in activities that bring joy to our clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
- You must have 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two positive references are required.
