What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Interim Healthcare - OKC, OK?
What if nursing looked like this: one patient at a time, a relationship that actually gets to develop, and a day that you have real say over. As a Home Health LPN with Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City, you bring your skills into someone's home and give them your full attention, no interruptions, no rushing to the next room. If you've spent years in home care, you already know this kind of autonomy is hard to find anywhere else. If you haven't tried it yet, it might be exactly what you've been looking for.
Schedule you can count on
Full time: 2 weekends a month, plus 1 weekday off every week. Part time: 1 weekend a month. Either way, you'll know your schedule ahead of time and build your life around it, not the other way around.
What you'll earn
- $30 per visit full time, $22 per visit part time
- Paid mileage at $0.64 per mile
- Weekly pay every Friday
What you'll enjoy
Full time team members also receive:

- Stay Pay, a $100 bonus for each year of service
- Company paid life insurance
- Short and long term disability
- Paid mileage or company vehicle
All LPNs enjoy:
- Recognition program with monthly drawings and prizes for staff shout-outs
- Flexible assignments to fit your needs
What you'll do
- Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes under the direction of the RN case manager
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per the plan of care
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the RN and physician
- Educate patients and family members on care needs, medication, and safety
- Document visits accurately and timely to support continuity of care
- Collaborate with the care team, including RNs, aides, and therapy staff
What we're looking for
- Active LPN license in Oklahoma
- Home health experience preferred, though we welcome LPNs looking to try something new
