Our Hygienists focus on building relationships with patients and having strong communication in order to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Located at Greenland Advanced Oral Care, in Grand Rapids, MI.

**Current Dental Hygiene license required**

Job Duties:

• Explain treatment options to patients.
• Perform exams, treatments, and procedures needed to promote dental health.
• Maintain and update dental product inventories.
• Provide education on dental care and the importance of good oral hygiene to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for self and others.
• Communicate concerns about patient care or safety to dentist or supervisor.
• Sterilize dental instruments, equipment, or office supplies using an autoclave.

A few must-haves for Hygienists:

• Current Dental Hygienist license from the state of Michigan
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication and compassion
