Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice or Home Health

Current full-time or part-time RN Opportunities
Hospice Registered Nurse:
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary
- Potential to bonus each pay period! (full-time only)
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between patient visits
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with your patients
- Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday Pay, and 401(k)
- Educate family on the patient’s prognosis, changes in care plan, medication and hospice goals
- Take a holistic approach to care that engages the patient’s mind, body, spirit and family

What you will bring to Interim Healthcare:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in hospice or home healthcare
- CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
Home Health Registered Nurse:
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary
- Potential to bonus each pay period! (full-time only)
- Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between patient visits
- Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with your patients
- Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday Pay, and 401(k)
- Provide home-based care to patients with illnesses, injuries and chronic diseases—often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility
- Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient car
- Coach family members on the patient’s plan of care, medication and home safety
- What you will bring to Interim Healthcare:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, ideally in hospice or home healthcare
- CPR certification Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
