Client Service Representative (CSR) - Front Desk Clerk

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a predictable weekday routine and can provide dependable, consistent support to our team - Part-time, Monday–Friday, approximately 20–25 hours per week, with a consistent schedule of around 8:00 am–1:00 pm each day.

As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system to receive incoming calls and provide a professional, helpful first point of contact.
- Assist our team in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services with support from CSR - Scheduler
- Maintain a professional reception area presence and support courteous, organized office communications.
- Welcome visitors, notify the appropriate employee of visitor arrivals, and forward drop-off information to the appropriate person.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as directed by supervisor or designee.
A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or a related industry
- Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with clinical and non-clinical staff
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and computer software proficiency
