Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- 2 years of experience in home care services
- Must past Criminal Background check and drug screening
- Previous leadership and sales experience preferred
Essential Duties:
- Maintain client schedules
- Maintain client charting sheets
- Build relationships with clients and staff
- Complete mini assessments for RN on new referrals
- Training new employees
- Maintain COMMUNICATION with everyone; Office, Director, and clients
- Customer service and Care Services
- Assist and direct the care staff to ensure that quality client care is provided in a manner which upholds Interim HealthCare’s standards of care, policy, philosophy, and well-being of the residents.
- Lead and motivate employees in providing quality care and services to clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
