Interim is hiring for multiple part-time hybrid roles for Nursing Supervisors based in multiple counties. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, providing critical support in care planning and coordination, and upholding clinical standards. The Nursing Supervisor will also collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes, provide mentorship to nursing staff, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing Management and the supervision of nursing teams
- Strong foundation in Nursing and Medicine, including an understanding of disease management and treatment plans
- Experience in Home Health and providing specialized care when needed
- Expertise in delivering excellent Patient Care with attention to safety and quality standards
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance in-office and remote work effectively
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; advanced certifications in relevant specialties are a plus
