Physical Therapist (PT) – Flexible Scheduling | Local Shifts

What You’ll Do: 

• Provide physical therapy services in post-acute and inpatient care settings 

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans 

• Help patients regain strength, balance, mobility, and independence 

• Perform therapeutic interventions, including exercise, gait training, and manual therapy 

• Document treatment progress and adjust plans as needed 

• Collaborate with care teams to drive patient recovery and functional outcomes 

• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on mobility and safety practices 

Requirements: 

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 

• Active PT license in the state of WI

• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting such as SNF, ALF, acute care, or rehab 

• CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) 

• Solid clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability 

• Dependable, professional, and team-focused
