We are looking for compassionate, dependable Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping adults improve their mobility, safety, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current Georgia PT/PTA license in good standing
- Licensure in both Georgia and South Carolina preferred, or willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure
- Graduate of an accredited PT or PTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and appropriate auto insurance
- Willingness to work in both clinic and mobile/home-based settings
- Ability to travel to patients’ homes and community locations as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
- Timely and accurate completion of patient documentation
- Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, balance, and mobility conditions
- Ability to safely assist patients with transfers, gait, balance, exercises, and functional mobility
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
Preferred
- Georgia and South Carolina licensure
- Experience with geriatric or adult rehabilitation
- Experience with home-based/mobile therapy
- Experience with fall prevention, balance, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation
