As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Assist our Personal Care at Home Manager in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and text communications form clients, prospective clients, and employees
- Verify documentation on employee’s schedules
- Assist with office functions such as processing weekly payroll
- Act as a customer services representative for the Personal Care at Home clients and employees.

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:
- One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
