What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Active PT license in South Carolina
-
1 year of PT experience (home health experience preferred) **New Grads Welcomed
-
CPR certification
-
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
-
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
-
Empathy, clinical judgment, and strong communication skills

Your Daily Impact:

Deliver in-home physical therapy to help patients rebuild strength and function

Assess movement, document progress, and adapt care plans to meet patient goals

Partner with home health teams including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, OTs, and SLPs

Provide hands-on therapy, pain management, and tailored exercise plans

Educate patients and families on recovery goals and safe techniques
