Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist patients with safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow individualized care plans and nursing instructions carefully
- Adhere to all health, safety, confidentiality, and infection control protocols
- Support patients with dignity, respect, and compassionate care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the State of New Hampshire
- Previous nursing assistant or caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling preferred
