MATERNAL/NEWBORN VISITING RN
(In Scioto, Pike, Lawrence, Adams, Highland, Brown, Jackson and Gallia counties)

As a Maternal/Newborn Visiting RN, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Conduct a physical assessment and collect health history on mom and infant
- Act as a liaison between patients and their families and the care team
- Provide education on infant care, safe sleep, postpartum emotions and household safety.
- Provide lactation support and identify needs for community referrals
A few must-haves for Maternal/Newborn RN's
- Registered Nurse with Pediatric and/or Postpartum Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN in Pediatrics and/or Postpartum
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
