Part-Time Home Health RN / Registered Nurse

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Perform clinical assessments and organize patient care plans.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Some nursing experience required; home health experience not required.
- Ability to pass satisfactory background and reference checks.
- Must be insurable for company auto use.
