As an RN Clinical manager, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health laws and regulatory standards
- Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, therapists and CNAs to ensure client and patient goals are met
- Supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers
- Ensure medical supplies/equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures
- Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care
A few must-haves for a Clinical Manager / Home Healthcare / RN:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in Nebraska
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in home healthcare is preferred
- At least 2 years of Management, Supervisor and caregiver management experience is preferred
- CPR certification, valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards preferred
- Excellent management, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
