As an Acute Care CNA, you will:
- Provide direct patient care and support in an acute rehab setting.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
- Follow care plans and protocols to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
A few must haves for the Acute Care CNA:
- Active CNA license with in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility
- Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
- Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
