Responsibilities
We welcome and train all experience levels! As a Starter and Ranger, your daily duties will include:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
- Manage the guest experience at the tee, including greeting guests, checking tee times and player counts, and directing groups to the correct starting tees.
- Monitor and manage the pace of play, accurately recording start, turn, and finish times for golfers.
- Perform essential cart staff duties during the spring and fall seasons, such as staging and cleaning golf carts.
We are looking for applicants who are:
- Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.
- A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.
- Possess Strong Math Skills
- Ability to use an Ipad
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, evening, and some weekend shifts
- Experience: Prior experience in golf and customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
